Is there a free trial on paid plans?

Use the Free plan as long as you want, then upgrade — every paid plan is fully refundable for 30 days from your first charge.

Can I change plans?

Yes — change plans anytime via Manage Billing in the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

How does annual billing work?

Annual is 20% cheaper than paying monthly, billed once per year as a separate Paddle price. Switch by picking Annual at the top of this page before checkout.

Do you support my currency?

Yes — Paddle localises checkout into your country's currency. The list prices on this page are USD; you'll see your local equivalent at checkout.

How are AI credits counted?

Each successful AI format spends credits against your monthly quota, weighted by the model: Haiku costs 1 credit, Sonnet 3, and Opus 5 per formatted issue. Drafts, retries on the same report, and rejected reports don't count. So a Haiku-only workspace gets the full headline number of issues, while higher-quality models trade through credits faster.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Reports are still captured and stored — only AI formatting pauses until the next cycle or you upgrade. You'll see a banner in the dashboard well before your credits run out.
